As President, Jesus oversees the daily activities of the company’s operations and the procurement department. He creates and maintains Elite’s workload projections, contract negotiation, budget tracking, client relations and chairs the company project meetings on a weekly basis. Mr. Jaramillo strives to complete all projects with the customer’s best interests in mind while providing a safe, cost-effective and time consciences approach. Through Jesus’ vision, tenacity, and anticipation, he truly takes the customers project success as a top tier priority by providing a value engineering approach to reduce the project costs and deliver the projects ahead of schedule.

As the Vice President of Elite, Robert has used his extensive construction experience in all aspects of operations and critical decision making. He is directly responsible for the overall management of the Operations Department which includes Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Superintendents. Safety and customer service are his top priorities. Robert also works with architects, engineers, and owners to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. His engineering background allows for effective design and constructability reviews.

Olga Araiza manages the Financial Department. This includes overseeing payroll, audits, taxes, treasury management, financial statement preparation, job costing, and managing the project budgets. She has a strong-willed personality and works to develop new procedures in our ever-changing construction world. She is also a mentor to her staff and is often found training and encouraging the staff to meet their objectives and grow in their careers.

The construction industry can be very difficult and demanding. However, a smile and a good morning can completely change everything. Olivia is the smile and light of our office. Not only is she paid to always be happy, but she is also responsible for providing support to field management, ultimately aiming to maximize profitability and achieve long-term financial goals. Her approachable demeanor, contagious personality, and work ethic contribute to our company’s culture.

Siomara is Elite’s Finance Assistant and the youngest member of the team. She assists our finance department by completing payroll, accounts payable, and data entry. Although young and soft spoken, Siomara tackles problems differently and finds energy where others don’t.

Valente brings years of experience to the Elite team. His experience ranges from projects which include the original construction of Arizona Diamondbacks Stadium to being an integral part of the successful completion of Super Bowl LVII in Glendale. He leads our General Trades division which includes the construction of new commercial facilities, building expansions, and major renovations. With Valente’s extensive knowledge of construction, he leads his division with a strong will-do mentality and a focus on quality.

As Project Manager Deissy’s responsibilities include the project planning, execution, supervision, and closeout of each project. She positively takes the lead in team meetings and her optimism often helps mentor other team members. Deissy possesses a strong trait of “hands on” work. She leads our projects from the front lines rather than an office, which proves her dedication and drives projects to success.

As Project Manager, Josh has a dependable business background and brings client service to each project focusing on reaching goals for project completion. He thrives in an environment of fast-tracked construction which gives him an advantage over most people. His keen sense of attention to detail makes him a valuable asset to our team.

As Project Engineer, Gumaro coordinates multiple facets of the construction process, efficiently manages resources, and collaborates with subcontractors to ensure smooth operations. His broad range of experience offers a fresh perspective to the Elite team, equipping him to tackle any challenge that arises.

As an Estimator at Elite Civil Construction, Alejandro is dedicated to delivering accurate and competitive estimates that align with client needs and project specifications. His extensive background and commitment to quality make him an invaluable asset to both the team and the clients served.

With over three decades of experience in the construction industry, Alejandro has established a reputation for excellence in estimating since 2000. Beginning his career in 1991, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of both residential and commercial sectors.

Alejandro’s expertise spans a diverse array of projects, including apartments, condominiums, single and multifamily homes, townhouses, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, and both public and private schools. His attention to detail and analytical skills have significantly contributed to the success of numerous projects, solidifying his role as a trusted professional in the field.

As Administrative Assistant, Samantha is highly organized and detail-oriented, playing a critical part in supporting day-to-day administrative functions within Elite. With a focus on accurately entering invoices and receipts into Elite’s accounting system, Samantha maintains smooth organization for both physical and digital records.
