Jesus Jaramillo

President

As President, Jesus oversees the daily activities of the company’s operations and the procurement department. He creates and maintains Elite’s workload projections, contract negotiation, budget tracking, client relations and chairs the company project meetings on a weekly basis. Mr. Jaramillo strives to complete all projects with the customer’s best interests in mind while providing a safe, cost-effective and time consciences approach. Through Jesus’ vision, tenacity, and anticipation, he truly takes the customers project success as a top tier priority by providing a value engineering approach to reduce the project costs and deliver the projects ahead of schedule.

Robert Duarte

Vice President

As the Vice President of Elite, Robert has used his extensive construction experience in all aspects of operations and critical decision making. He is directly responsible for the overall management of the Operations Department which includes Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Superintendents. Safety and customer service are his top priorities. Robert also works with architects, engineers, and owners to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. His engineering background allows for effective design and constructability reviews.

Andres Angulo

Operations President

With over 28 years of experience in professional construction, Andres supervises all field operations and is directly responsible for allocating Elite’s valuable field resources. Even though his proven tract record is leading by hand on examples, he has also taken the lead on training our field supervising staff, operators, and specialized labor force. Andres is also responsible for managing and coordinating our subcontractors, suppliers, and maintains open communication with our clients.

Olga Araiza

Controller

Olga Araiza manages the Financial Department. This includes overseeing payroll, audits, taxes, treasury management, financial statement preparation, job costing, and managing the project budgets. She has a strong-willed personality and works to develop new procedures in our ever-changing construction world. She is also a mentor to her staff and is often found training and encouraging the staff to meet their objectives and grow in their careers.

Desiree Garcia

Safety Coordinator

Desiree oversees the Elite Safety Program and company equipment fleet. Her highly motivated attitude contributes to her responsibilities in performing site safety audits on all job sites. As a result of her dedication and success, Elite has managed to maintain a zero‐incident/accident record since the inception of the company. She has developed a comprehensive safety training program which has been the key to training our field personnel on various safety practices. She views safety not as a task but as an evolving culture.

Sabrina Lechuga

Accounting Manager

As Accounting Manager, Sabrina oversees Elite Civil Construction financial records and evaluates day-to-day activities. Her effective communication keeps the team establishing, developing, and implementing key financial reporting information. Some people might agree that looking at cost reports and transactions is not a pleasing career, but she manages our accounts receivable and accounts payable with ease and enjoyment.

Valente Araiza

General Superintendent

Valente brings years of experience to the Elite team. His experience ranges from projects which include the original construction of Arizona Diamondbacks Stadium to being an integral part of the successful completion of Super Bowl LVII in Glendale. He leads our General Trades division which includes the construction of new commercial facilities, building expansions, and major renovations. With Valente’s extensive knowledge of construction, he leads his division with a strong will-do mentality and a focus on quality.

Deissy Jaramillo

Project Manager

As Project Manager Deissy’s responsibilities include the project planning, execution, supervision, and closeout of each project. She positively takes the lead in team meetings and her optimism often helps mentor other team members. Deissy possesses a strong trait of “hands on” work. She leads our projects from the front lines rather than an office, which proves her dedication and drives projects to success.

Isom Jackson

Project Manager

With Isom’s driven attitude, he ensures that all project goals are met, and every detail of a project is covered, he ensures costs and schedules are achieved and projects are on target. His level of experience has grown as he has had the opportunity to provide services to clients in various markets. His experience is attributed to exposure of different construction projects ranging from private clients and public clients. No matter how complicated a project can be, Isom will ensure it is delivered to exceptional quality.

Josh Parry

Project Manager

As Project Manager, Josh has a dependable business background and brings client service to each project focusing on reaching goals for project completion. He thrives in an environment of fast-tracked construction which gives him an advantage over most people. His keen sense of attention to detail makes him a valuable asset to our team.

Mike Heers

Project Superintendent

Mike’s practical nature contributes significantly to a successful project. As a Project Superintendent, Mr. Heers oversees field personnel to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and quality control from the project preconstruction phase to the project close-out.

Bryan Lopez

Jr. Project Engineer

Bryan brings his hunger for knowledge to each project and works with all participants in the construction cycle. As one of our youngest team members, Bryan has upheld Elite’s values assisting in project estimating, planning, and enhancing our client relations.

David Rubio

Estimator

As Elite’s most experienced Estimator, David is responsible for leading our estimating department. He has served in multiple roles in his career which range from international project construction to architectural design. His focus has been instrumental in the success of our company.

Olivia Tohi

Office Manager

Olivia is Elite’s Office Manager. She is not only responsible for the seamless operation of our office, but she is the glue that holds all of us together. Her approachable demeanor and contagious personality are the key to our office culture. Aside from having the responsibility of making sure everyone is happy, she assists our accounts receivable department.
